Bring your baby, move, breathe, be yourself, and feel safe and supported. This may be your soft landing into first postpartum exercise or a place to move no matter how long it’s been since birth. We’ll reconnect with our bodies, rebuild strength, address pelvic floor health, and discuss the kaleidoscope of postpartum shifts — physical, mental, and relational.
All postpartum people welcome! Pre-crawling babies are also welcome. Some chose to come without baby. Do what feels right!
